Version 9.4.7 issue

I recently updated to the latest software version on my computer. Lenovo Yoga Windows 11. I am unable to launch the software as a user or administrator unless I am connected to the Internet? I have tried several online suggestions with no luck. I tried with and with out the 1024 dongle hooked up, this has no effect on launching the software. Please advise me what I should attempt to do. I've run this software for 10 years without being online?
