How do i get all my fixtures to fade from bright to off all at the same time instead of black out…

when i am in generate mode and i adjust the pantilt the fixture stakes up and start vibrating while moving and makes noice but when i use the same speed in macro setting they fixture runs extremely smooth...could anyone help me ?
