6.30 for mac getting started with live

Hey guys i am new to this program...i have learn to create scenes ect...now i need some help learning the live mode and how to do the play backs and sound active settings...anyone has video or a break down list on getting started with the live mode i would be greatfull for the information(6.30 for mac) the other versions i saw on youtube does't help or give much information....thanks guys waiting some help....
