Program shuts down when adding fixtures [fixed]

so I installed showexpress and every thing was working fine I am using a 64 bit windows 10 laptop i set up just four pars and I exported the program to a usb stick for backup I wanted to try the backup out and so deleted the light show I went to reload the the backup and could not do it its not a problem with the backup files the problem im having is I can not load the fixtures as when I select the correct fixtues the program keeps minimizing or shutting down it was a first working fine but now when triying to load fixtures the program shuts down I have uninstalled the programand re instailled it but no hope I have even turned off microsoft firewall please can you help

It looks like your lightshow is corrupted.
Please try renaming the C:/Users/{your_user_name}/TheLightingController directory to start from scratch
