The interface is found but the 'data' LED does not blink

Please open the main menu 'Preferences' > tab 'DMX universes' and check the checkbox "Change defaut DMX universes mapping" is off.

For your information, when there is more than one dmx interface found by our software, it is possible to change the order of them by checking "Change defaut DMX universes mapping" and re-ordering the dmx interfaces in the dropdown lists. When there is only one dmx interface found, this checkbox has to be off.
