1-Interface 512 has 1 red (pwr) light, and another green usb. Do both have to be on for everything to be correct?
2-I don't get the moving heads and lights to work
Can it be a problem with the brand of the moving head? (beam + spot)
The pair is AMS
In standalone I get the interface images with a red cross
No interface control [fixed]
Re: synchronize moving heads with software
The red LED on means the usb power is ok.
The green LED blinks when the software is talking with the interface.
Do you see "Interface D512S found" in the welcome screen of the software ?
If not, you have to manually install the usb drivers (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trr0uqop1TQ).

Re: synchronize moving heads with software
I have managed to get the interface on the page (standalone), but it still doesn't send me a signal.
The auto start square below zone 1 is not on, and I cannot turn it on manually either.

Re: synchronize moving heads with software
Already be solved. I just had to go to preferences and activate the universe 1
Thank you
Thank you
Re: synchronize moving heads with software
Well noted.
FYI, by default (when you install the software) the option "Change default DMX universe mapping" is disable, and the software always finds the interface.
