Stairville - MH-z720 (V2)

Can anyone help please? We desperately need a fixture profile for these lights as we have just taken delivery and cannot get them to turn on when controlled by Sweetlight. They work fine(using them in standalone mode) and when connected to Sweetight respond to left/right/up/down and zoom - but do not illuminate. Thanks for reading this
