request - Dual Fader Buttons

It would sure be nice to be able to have both a "speed fader" and a "between to steps" Fader on the same button. It would also be nice to control a fader on a button via MIDI. Since the speed of step one is the speed of a two-scene fader button, it seems it would not be altogether difficult to make that same speed to 100% value of the speed fader.

If you link the button to a midi fader, the midi fader will control the fader which is inside the button.

Noted for "dual fader button", but we do not plan to do that because of the issues (room inside button, auto midi fader control, ...).
