some fixtures not working in live show

I have a live show running on PC with about 30 fixtures , in live show some of the fixtures are not working correctly ie, rgbw par lights should be on with all colors and are showing only white (and also some are fully on some are only white), and its not everytime sometimes they are on sometimes not. second thing moving heads are not at the right position .... looks like there is some instability in the system.... how can i fix it?
