no light output on 3d view [fixed]

hello,

i have 2 shotec compact par (11ch made) as a light source in my show and they work fine trough dmx but wen in put them in my 3d viewer i cant get any sort of light out of them.
i have also put the one in the fixture bank but that wont work too.

i will put a screen online so you can see

my other light's do work including a other par i made!!

Hey mate,

There's a problem with your fixture profile. On your second channel (your shutter channel) you have DMX value of 0 to be "closed". This means with that second channel on 0, no light will come out of the fixture in 3D view, because it thinks there is a shutter in front of the lens!

To correct this, edit your fixture profile so that the 0 value of Channel 2 is "open"
