add a fixture crashes [fixed]

Hello all i just got a new computer running windows 10 iinstalled showxpress and when i try to add a fixture windows crashes. Also when i try to import a light show it doesn't work. I am pretty familar with showxpress but cannot figure this one out. The guys at Chauvet can't figure it out either. Please Help

Please post a link to download your lightshow (https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com ... ?f=3&t=168). We will check it.
And if possible, post a video (YouTube) showing the crash. This usually speed up things to fix the problem.

Showxpress crashes when i try to add a light fixture. Also when i try to import a light show it doesnt work. It says import complete but doesnt show up. I import it to other computers and it works fine so it is not the lightshow file. This is a brand new computer. All my other software works fine, serato, Virtual Dj, Etc. i Also installed older versions and that didn't work either. Everything works fine on my other windows 10 pc running home edition.
I also tried it in safe mode and have the same results.

Computer is a lenovo 720 Yoga

Please find the folder "TheLightingController", which is stored in the "home directory" of your computer. Make a zip of this folder and send it to us.
This folder contains all data of our software installed in your computer ; we would like to check it.

The folder "LightShows" is not present in the folder "TheLightingController". This is not normal.
Please check that.

The reason is its a new install on new computer it will not let me make import a light show, or add a fixture. when i add the light show folder from my other computer to the lighting controller folder it does not show up in showxpress. i have showxpress on 5 different computers and they all work fine. the lightshow folder works i tried it on different computers. even though there isn't a light show folder in the lighting controller folder you should still be able to add a fixtures and patch it am i correct on this ? i need this resolves asap have many light shows coming up on new years for different clients.

I added the lightshow folder again to showxpress and it worked i don't know why i did this like 10 times i reinstalled it like 10 times and added again and now this time it worked so i guess problem solved for now.
