Setting Master Faders to A Level at Startup

Is there a hidden setting that will allow me to set a Master fader to a specific level at startup? For example Master fader 1 is assigned to dimmers for four lights and I always need to run them on the Master fader at -50. Instead of having to set that manually every time I launch the software I could change a hidden setting to have that Master fader set to -50 at startup each time. Thanks!
