USB to DMX Converter Not connecting [fixed]

Hi, I'm having issues connecting the converter. My computer doesn't even recognize that its plugged in. Anyone know how to fix this?

What converter are you using? Be aware that USB cable is not compatible with Mac OS. It's specified...
