Interface Not found

Hi I am having problems with my mini PC quad core 1.3ghz and the sweetlight cable and box. I'm running windows 10. It doesn't seem to read either interfaces when loading. It just says interface 0 when loading with both. I've tried the same cable with my laptop which i also run sweetlights off (and also with a box which work fine as well) and it works fine with that. I'm running windows 10 on both computers. Any ideas?

I don't think you can hook up the sweetlight box and cable at the same time. Try hooking them up seperatly and confirm that sweetlight recognises them both individually.
