How to copy 3D setup and fixtures to new show? [fixed]

I've spent a little while getting my 3D stage sized, objects in place and fixtures where I want them.
Is it possible to start out a new project with this and my fixtures loaded ready to program some scenes?
I have tried copying .ini files but with no success but I don't really know what I am doing..

Open the lightshow folder, and duplicate your lightshow with copy/paste system functions.
