To enable Artnet control with our software, the software has to find one of these interfaces: dmx interfaces.

Then the Artnet signal is sent through the Ethernet port of the computer. In case of you want to keep the main Ethernet port for internet connection, you have to buy an additional Ethernet interface. We suggest you to buy a "USB to Ethernet" interface for that. Please note however that only one Ethernet port can be use at a time. This means you could do either Artnet control, or have internet access.

Configure the Artnet device as following
- DHCP mode: "off" (manual mode: "on")
- IP: 2.0.0.1
- subnet mask: 255.0.0.0
- IP gateway: 2.0.0.254

Configure the PC Ethernet connection as following
- DHCP mode: "off" (manual mode: "on")
- IP: 2.0.0.2
- subnet mask: 255.0.0.0
- IP gateway: 2.0.0.254

Then link the PC to the Artnet device with an Ethernet cable, without using a router.

In our software.
- switch on the Artnet mode (restart the software if needed).
- enter the IP "2.0.0.1" to the DMX fixture.
