Hello,
I'm new to this forum, still trying to find my way around ShowXpress...for some reason, I stumbled across this issue:
When in 3D view, my pucks only show a white beam (when in 6 channel mode), I can only get them to dim & strobe...can't see a visual on the 3d viewer with RGB.
Now, when I put my pucks in 3 channel mode on the board, I am able to see the colors changing on the 3D viewer.
Can someone help me out please.
Very much appreciated.

PUCK_RGB
Fixed the issue...changed over from par can to color changer in 3D view setup.
Thanks!

Yes, we still use the name "parcan" for the good old original par can (no led) which can beam one single color.
So we use the name "color changer" for non moving lights able to beam different colors.
