MIDI triggerring should be from note 0 to 127 [fixed]

The MIDI window that you open directly from the Control Board is working well. It is displaying the MIDI channel, note (0~127), and velocity. However, when you go to the Live-Buttons screen and want to set a button to be triggered by a MIDI note, you can only select between 1~127. The note "0" is not available.
