I wanted to say thanks for the profile but the colors do not show in the 3D correctly. Everything is just a white spot. Is this something that can be fixed?

The PDF from the manufacturer says "color1", "color2", ...
Sorry but we can not make better.

Get the colors that should be in replace of color1, color2, etc and either support or myself can help you get it working.
