Cannot see fixtures on 3d
Hi, I have a mac and cannot see my fixtures in the 3d visualizer yet I can see objects. Any suggestions on what this could be?

We suggest you to import the lightshow "demo_show", which shows several fixtures in 3DView.
Afterwards, you could check how are these fixtures, in application "Setup".

Hey ldlema,
I had this problem on a PC a couple years ago, but it was intermittent and appeared to be related to available virtual /actual memory available.
With a combination of updates to ShowXpress and PC upgrades, the issue disappeared altogether. Is your Mac running several other apps or generally light on available memory? Also,are you sure you aren't running an old version of ShowXpress? You might also want to load up ShowXpress including 3d before any other apps you are planning on running to make sure it gets its required allotment of memory.
