Fixtures gone after Windows update

Has anyone else experienced this? I just finished a production last week using the software. At the close of the show, 3D view was working normally. I waited to do any OS updates until after the show. After doing a Windows update, my fixtures are all missing from the 3D view. I have tried on 2 different machines, one using XP SP2 and one using Windows 7. I have different antivrus software on each machine and have checked that none of the ShowExpress ports are blocked. I have loaded several different shows (including the demo show) and this is happening with all of them. Any ideas?

Try a reset of your network settings.

\Settings\[Tab: network]\reset then Apply Settings

Restart the program and test.
