Hello New to MAC

Hello, I have used PC version and seems like I can't find few functions
First, how can I add fixtures in editor?
IN PC version there was simple add but can't seem to find it on MAC
I downloaded both 6.29 and 6.30 and both crashed every now and then, Does it have to do with anything?
