Support,
I am so glad you incorporated this into the software. It works a treat and makes it so easy for me to tour and incorporate the houses fixtures into my preset programming.
Thanks!

Re: DMX Output
What are you using this for? I wasn't able to figure out how to use it effectively
Re: DMX Output
Sorry about the lengthy delay in replying. I was out of country for a two week tour and then I was in programming isolation to produce 300 mins of lighting programming for a gig last weekend.
Anyhow:
I use it like a patch panel. I have a standard house lighting program for theatre and festival lighting plots. I then assign my existing program to the patch list of the house or festival rig.
However when you use it, I patch the channel I want my programming to run but I also patch the channel to itself so I work and see it in the 3D imager SO if DSL Magenta is channel 36 and my programming is on channel 476, I patch the output of Universe 1 channel 476 to channel 36. Viola! I now have control of the house fixture on channel 36 of their dimmers. But as I said ch 476 only outputs to 36 at this point and I can't see 476 on my 3D imager. So I also output 476 to 476. And then I programme. If the venue has an address conflict, then I delete my 1 for 1 patch and work by observation of the rig. And my programming is 400 and above, and I have not yet had a conflict with a theatre rig or a 120K festival rig, with 13 Lekos, ACLS and Moles...
