i just got a nanoPad2 and cant seem to get it to work with ShowXpress.
i have been using my light show with the standard buttons in "Live" by using keyboard triggers from my alpha-numeric keyboard (you know, like the one i'm typing on right now).
i'm trying to get the MIDI trigger to work, but does not seem to happen.
i've gone so far as to download a MIDI Monitor application on my mac, which shows me the midi data whenever a pad is pressed. Unfortunately it does not show the absolute "note" value (0-127) - it only displays the Channel (1-16) and the relative note (C1, D#1, G#3, etc).
SO .. i'm having an impossible time trying to assign the pads on the NanoPad2 to trigger the buttons on my Live program.
I've tried everything I can think of. help help help !!
i've searched and read as much as I can - it shouldn't be this difficult... RIGHT?
