I'm new here and hoping that someone can help me out.
I'm using ShowXpress on a Windows platform. And I have been successful at connecting three VParPak fixtures. However, the second channel (green) on each of the fixtures is not working correctly. When I raise that level the light fixtures do nothing. All of the other channels work just fine. I'm stumped. Anyone have some thoughts?

From memory, these ADJ units come with several DMX modes. Are you sure the profile is set correctly for the mode you are operating? If unsure, and you think its in basic mode then try incrementing the DMX address in the system by a and try again. All the channels should move by 1.
So if it's RGB, and 3 channels. Changing the start address up 1 in ShowExpress will set the the green to be on channel 1, and blue on 2. The red should not work at all. If that doesn't get the green functioning, it's possibly the device. I expect it's the fixture profile or the incorrect DMX mode selected though.
