D512 0 interfaces found MacOs

Hi everyone, I'm using the D512 interface on an Intel MacBook Pro with Big Sur installed. It always worked until I installed thelightingcontroller classic 9.4.7 for Quick DMX. The interface is connected correctly to the computer; the system log shows it without any problems, and the interface works correctly on another M3 MacBook I have, using the same cable. The startup panel says 0 interfaces found, USB library not avallable.
