A setting for ShowXpress

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Steve and I have recently inherited the light duties and my church. I am fairly new to the software but my question is, if I am asking it correctly, how can I setup ShowXpress where I have a "canned" setting for for lets say the color Red, if I select just the certain lights that I want to be red, is there a way to just select my PAR lights and then by selecting a color have them come turn on that color. I want to do this on the fly, so using editor to program a sequence isn't want I am wanting to do.

I have seen another person do this years ago, but I was wondering how to it for myself.
