Remark: the manual does not provide exact colors and gobo images, so the color channel won't operate, and the gobo channel will just show the default "number" gobos.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. It was intimidating to see 53 channels and no channel mode for these fixtures. I have grabbed the profile you made. When you said that the color wheel won't operate does that mean that I will not be able to change the colors of the lights for the LEDSPOT 300's?

Yes, because the manual says only that:

16-25 Color 1
26-35 Color 2
36-45 Color 3
...

When you move the colour wheel channel, the fixture will respond in real life, but you won't see the colours in 3D view.
