I'm using your lighting show program show x press.
Along with your lights i have 2 ArchWork lights, model ArcStream 18.
The light isn't available in the fixtures tab. Is it possible for you to add it to your program?

Sorry to be writing to you again, but in a manual there is a 9 ch possibility but my light is the same model
but the maximum is 7ch. My controls are mixed up and missing i tried configuring the fixture by myself but it was unsuccesful.
Would you be able to make another one for the 7ch option or send me a solution?

This DMX fixture does not have any 7 channels mode.
So we can not do that.
