Can someone help me determine why the "TheLightingController" APP is crashing randomly?

Please check you are using the version 9.2.23 (or 9.2.29) of our software.

I’m running 9.2.23. And it’s still crashing

Next step is please try now without the dmx interface (disconnect the usb line from the PC to the dmx interface).
