Icons not available from ControlBoard [closed]

I just installed the SweetLight software on my MacBook, but when the software is up and running, nothing is happening when I'm clicking the icons available. I can start the Editor and Setup from the SweetLight folder, but that's it.

How come, one wonders?

Are you launching the programs from the control board?

No.

From ControlBoard I can't either change settings, import/export shows, set equipment, build scenes, play light show, go to 3D, upload scenes to the interface, access dmx/midi patch, or anything.
Something is not right...

The icons are not appearing for me either. I've tried everything from reinstalling and what was suggested above but they still wont work. it wont allow me to click on them.

This topic is for MacOS only, and your profil says your OS is Windows. Are you using MacOS ?
If MacOS, please:
- send us a screenshot of your screen
- tell us more about your computer (what model, what is exactely your OS version, are you using other specific software/hardware, ...)

My computer is a MacBook and Im using Mac OS X 10.4.11. As you can see from the screenshot, the control board is up but the icons arent accessible. They dont light up at all when I move my mouse over them. Having the interface plugged in doesnt work either.

Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) was replaced by Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) in year 2007.
Our MacOS software (V6) was born in year 2009.
So we are not able to make our software compatible with Tiger.
Sorry for this.
