Cannot save updated lightshow

Hi,
I can't seem to find anyone with my exact issue.

I'm running ShowXpress 8.2.28

When I make changes to an existing live show layout and want to save those changes, the changes do not save.
The only way I can see to save the changes is clicking the "Force Saving Pages & Buttons Layout"
The next time I open the program my show has reverted to it's original state.

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated!

And what about the other settings.
Are you able to create/save new profiles in tab "Fixture" ?
Are you able to create/save groups of fixtures ?
Are you able to save new scene files in tab "Steps "?

FYI, the change in tab "Live" are also supposed to be saved, when you exit from the software.
