V9 beta - enter step duration affects the next step [fixed]

Post by thorehl »

Hi. Having trouble changing Duration time and Total duration time.
Tab out, Enter, Clicking somewhere else work about 10% of the time. It's as if it doesn't want to change

We are presently not able to reproduce that.

Please confirm:
- your Operating System
- your software version (32bits or 64bits)
And if possible, please post a Youtube link of a video showing the problem.

I'm having similar problems as well with the step duration: see this https://youtu.be/8dTlwkcE0mA (unlisted)

In that example scene, originally all steps were created with the shortcut CTRL+"+"; they were initially set to last 00:00:30 each, after a couple of run with no issues I changed the step duration to two seconds only in "Red2".
The change in duration appeared to affect the "white" step.
Earlier today I noticed similar issue also while programming other scenes with blinders, in some cases certain steps were even skipped.

I'm using Windows 10 and SweetLight 64 bits.

Thank you for this clear explanation.
Fixed in the "fix" file.

Hello Support,
I created some scenes and the fix file apparently solved the issue initially, but now I'm encountering the problem again.
I made a scene in Generator and converted it in Steps. At "Step 15" I changed the duration a couple of times and then I noticed no apparent change. The step is supposed to last 00:00:10 but instead it takes much more time.

Tried applying the fix.zip 9.0.2beta2 but same issue as in the video
