Eurolite - Strobe COb Pro dmx

Hi I create a fixture myself as it is only 2 channels. But it doesn't work right. The lamp only strobes the minute I move a fade in Sweetlight and stops when it static. I probably create the fixture wrong. Can you help, it is this lamp:
