Error message "fonction : TCP/ IP : Listen error"

hey i have 2 problems

*I use Sweetlight*

1) one day I went to open Sweetlight to find all my fixtures not showing up in the 3D view and i do not know how to get them back. I've deleted everything then re-downloaded the program still nothing shows up.

2) every time i open sweetlight a message pops up saying "foncution : TCP/ IP : Listen error" this didn't show up until the fixtures went missing. I've opened command prompt and reset the TCP/IP and then restarted the computer but it still shows up with the "foncution : TCP/ IP : Listen error".

can you get back to me as soon as possible?

3DView is not working when the interface "Cable" is connected.

I do not own an interface. I just use the 3D view for everything and i don't know why nothing shows up
