[Request] Timeline ruler displaying bars/beats

Timeline feature would be even more intuitive to use if there was the ability to line up your scenes with bars/beats. Adding a ruler with adjustable tempo that displays this would be ideal. Much like how any DRAW software works (eg ProTools).

To me this is a no brainer....should absolutely be in the solution.
This is even more important since you can't zoom in far enough.

Please explain more, with screenshots adapted to light software if possible (not only sound software screenshots).
