Software stops upon importing show from mac [fixed]

software stops .
window tells me program not responding while opening show imported from mac.
show imports fine between my macs but not so on my windows 10 hp 600 touch smart 1120.
once i delete the imported lightshow software responds again.

could be the fixtures file config settings,
if i remove that file, software opens and all buttons scenes etc... are there but of course it won't work

i deleted the fixture file and pasted a blank one re patched it and that rectified the crashing,
