Problems with Colorband PIX M USB and Generator
Problems with Colorband PIX M USB and Generator
There seems to be an issue using the colorband pix m usb with the generator. If I try to generate any thing with changing colors (other than default colors of generator) the fixture is a little buggy. For example if I try to generate something with blue red and purple the fixture won't show those colors. Am I missing something?

Is this in 3d or when looking at the physical fixture?

Is anybody else having this issue?

I don't have this fixture, but could maybe make a video showing the problem, that should allow me to better understand the problem.Cajunguy wrote:Is anybody else having this issue?

I just got around to it, sorry. I really appreciate your help. I hope you can understand what I'm saying. Real heavy Cajun accent, lol.

Thanks for the response. Just to let you know, I've tried building profiles from scratch, and also tried adapting other profiles, such as profiles for Colorband PIX M. I've just run out of options. Until I can get a fix I'm forced to use this fixture as single rgb unit (boring). lol It does have a few nice auto presets though. But that'll get old quick.support wrote:Thank you for this video.

I bought 12 of the fixtures. It'll be awesome when I can get them working correctly. Again, thanks for the help.
Re: Problems with Colorband PIX M USB and Generator
This is a pretty simple fix.
You have to disble the green on ALL the rgb lights, not just the first and check all; go trough ALL RGB options and delete that green point.
Then it should work,
Also I recomend using pixels for multi RGB fixtures.
By the way, that light you called the last light, is actually the first.

After double-checking, there is effectively no problem ; "BartKrap" is right.
And we also recommend to use Pixels for multi-pixels fixtures.
