Bug: English text labels not displayed

In version 8.2.10 and 8.2.12, text labels in menu and settings are not displayed correctly when chosing english language.
With dutch language the labels are correct.
For example the button Live settings is displayed as mnu_livesettings

I am having the same problem

Same problem with Unix and Windows New lines file.
Using Windows 10 64 bit, Dutch (NL)
I don't have this problem on English Windows 64 bit

So if we right understand.

When the software is set in English language:
- under Windows 10 64bits English version, "Live settings" is correctly displayed in the menu
- under Windows 10 64bits Dutch version (same Operating System but in Dutch language), "mnu_livesettings" is displayed, instead of "Live settings"
When the software is set in Dutch language, there is no problem.

Can you please confirm that ?

Please double-check also that the file "English.ini" is exactly the same in both computers.

English.ini is exact the same.

Update:
I did some extra tests and when running the program as administrator (right click -> run as administrator) the labels are correct.
When just running in normal mode, labels are not displayed correctly.
On the computer where i don't have the problem, i don't have administrator rights so there i"m always running it in normal mode.

Are all labels of "English.ini" not displayed correctly, or only a few (like "mnu_livesettings") ?

Same problem. I've tried both English.ini files as above. Running the program as Administrator resolves the problem. Not all menu items are having the problem, and the Live Settings popup window is affected (others as well...this is just an example). I've attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing.

We have modified the language files which are included in the fix 8.2.15 (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4859#p20133).
Please try with them and let us know.

I just downloaded the fix file and updated to 8.2.15 (including the language files). I get the same problem still.
