wav form not showing

Hey guys, I have turned off my wav form on the timeline, but cannot getting it to reappear. I have...

1. Check box the setting, closed the timeline file, and opened it again
2. Check box the setting, closed the whole program, and opened it again
3. Deleted the wav file from timeline, check box the setting, closed timeline, open timeline, reinsert file.

none of these are working. In the setting, it says (needs reload). Can you explain what that mean? Thank you.

UPDATE: Now I can't get the wav form to show period, even with a new timeline. I have restarted program after selecting the setting multiple time, inserting wav file... and there is no wavform showing.
