How to output the video into a projector ? [fixed]
We are using ShowXpress on a Mac system, with a click track on the audio portion of Timeline. We want to have a video projected on a screen behind the band, and we want the video to be coordinated with our lights on Timeline and the click track. We wanted to place our video segments onto the video timeline. Is there any way to output the video timeline into a projector?
Re: Timeline, click track, and live video
Yes you can do that.
Select main menu "Window > ScreenControl", right click in ScreenControl and select "Properties", check "Screen mode" and select the video output in the combo "Screen".

Hi Jawbone
What did you use for a projector? I'm thinking of doing something similar. Reading on another forum thread that the standard is 3,000 lumens. But I'm not sure if that much is needed in a situation where the ambient lighting is low.

Hi,
3000 lumens is actually quite normal for home use etc. For shows it's much nicer to have something >5000 lumens. Of course, when the room is bright you need more lumens.
