ArtNet not sent

I have an Entec ArtNet device on my network. I have ArtNet enabled under preferences. I have the ArtNet IP address defined for all fixtures. I have the DMX output enabled. No ArtNet packets are being sent out over the network (as verified by a packet sniffer). I have tried the latest versions of both ShowXPress and SweetLight (7.1.74) on two different computers with no joy. What else do I need to do to get any ArtNet output?
