Problems with movements moving head (Movement shaking)

We are using quick DMX on some Briteq BTW36L3 moving heads.
Unfortunatly when you make a movement like a circel or 8 the movement is like shaking or tikking

We tried an other software and dongle and it worked fine.
But as the whole lighting show is programmed already in Q DMX we would like a solution for Q DMX.

We tried 2 different dongles of Q DMX
We tried 2 different PC
We tried as well MAC101 fixture as we made 3 different fixtures for the BTW36L3 (8/12/16CH)
All did not work so far.
Anny suggestions ?

May be the "pan/tilt speed" channel needs to be adjusted (?)

Unfortunately this option is not available in the generator ?
