Black between to timelines

Hello,

Imagine a scene "on air" : 2 actors are there, one having a glass in one of his hand... suddenly, the glass falls.

I need to launch a timeline on that precise time (which can't be precisly timed because depending on the actors).
I used a timeline because I need to launch light effects, music and video at the same time.

Unfortunatly, I have a very little 'black' between the two... which is not beautiful at all.

How could I do it better ?
