Hey guys!
I recently purchased a APC Mini to go alongside my launchpad, and had read previously about using software so two controllers can be used, but now I am attempting to do so its like a minefield!
Can anyone supply a step by step guide/screenshots on how to do so? I'm pulling my hair out with this and would greatly appreciate the help!
Cheers,
Chris
Using MIDI-OX! Step by step guide?
Re: Using MIDI-OX! Step by step guide?
Thought i would post some screenshots, might help saving some time!
This is the setup i have within MIDI-OX, using loopMIDI to create the "IN" and "OUT" port:

Then the routing of the controllers, LAUNCHPAD & USB AUDIO DEVICE(APC MINI) to the output made via loopMIDI:

And finally, as i understand it this is how i should have it set in Sweetlight:

A few things that i have noticed while fumbling around all of this, that could lead to a resolution aswell:
When pushing any button on either controller they will light up on "1" for the input port, is this correct?
Is it still possible while doing all of this still to get the feedback from the controllers, i.e the buttons light up?
Hopefully someone can help me on this as i have a gig at the end of the month ha!
Cheers,
Chris

This may help... here's mine...
You'll need to create some Midi Transform maps on Midi OX that will transpose the midi channel for each controllers in and out...
I suggest you dont use channel 1 since the controllers are transmitting on Ch1 already....
1 map per input, another one for each output...
