Yesterday my QuickDMX Interface D512 arrived. I plugged it in but nothing happend. No green light was flashing and also the Sotware said "0 Universe". After a few minutes the Computer said that I need an Softwareupdate. So I visited the Device Manager from Win. He told me to install a driver.
So I read your article "How to manually install the usb driver". Then I downloaded the ZIP-file. But in this file there was no file for Windows 7 64 bit (for D512-Interface).
What should I do?? I need the Interface very soon.
Thank you for your help!
D512 doesn't say anything
Re: D512 doesn't say anything
The software installation is supposed to install the driver as well.
If for an unknown reason, the driver is not installed, the file for manual installation is "efk.inf".

Can you please:
- right click on the file EFKusb.sys, and select "Properties" (this open a new window)
- select the line "EASY DIG..."
- click on button "Details" (this open a new window)
- click on button "Show certificate"
And tell us if you see the following valid dates: "from 22/04/2013 to 26/07/2015".

Re: D512 doesn't say anything
This means the driver should be still ok for install.
In order to know if this problem if exclusively with your computer, or not, could you please try on another computer ?

Now the computer reports no error, but the software still don't recognize the Interface
