I am also looking for the ability to change the Data2 value on my midi device, but i am running a Mac OS.

I'm new to the forum, but is there an area where I can get this update (to change the data2 output) for mac? Thanks!

Great, I got everything working properly now. This is an excellent support community, I wish I had found it sooner!

This works great for assigning the color while the button is active, however on my numark orbit, the color goes to blacked out when it is not selected. No matter what configuration I set on the device, it goes back to blacked out while the button is not being used. Can we have this functionality for the output after the button is turned off as well?

Sorry but it is presently not possible to send a different midi message, when the button is switched off.

In the future, yes, but certainly not before next major version V8.
(and we have no date for V8 yet)
