Therefore you'll have to send a message starting with B0h followed by 2 Databytes which turn on the flashing.
You can find it in the "Programmers reference"
Sweetlight can't send those messages.

Ever seen a MIDI Merger with USB Connectors for both directions?
With a device like this it'll possible to connect a second Midi Controller with Pot's or Fader's on Board.
(Thinking about Novation's Launch Control)
Interesting what Sweetlight would "detect". The Merger as In/Out?

Re: Novation Launchpad S
Hy Earl,
nice link - but there's no description how to work with or what's to do if.
I hate these programms.
A lot of Icon's
A lot of options where I'm not be able to select the right ones
Not even self-explaining
Absolutely strange program without the choice to select language
It's difficult enough with school english - you know what I mean?
It would be nice if you can explain a little bit:
How to connect several Midi Controllers to Ox?
How to send the merged Data to Sweetlight or to the different Controllers?
How to send Midi Out of Sweetlight to the different Controllers?
regards
Roland

Re: Novation Launchpad S
its actually pretty easy to use...
Starting with the blue midi icon select your midi inputs and output to a port created for SX...
I use an iPad with MIDI Designer and a Launchpad...
MIDI OX also provides a monitor thats pretty handy too...
I created the port using loop MIDi or you can use MIDI Yoke...
English language only I believe...

Re: Novation Launchpad S
Sorry but "easy to handle" isn't helpful.
I'm working with Mikro Controllers. Easy to handle for me -but I think not easy for you?
You know what I mean!
Please look at the attached file. As I look to the "Output" Window there's no Sweetlight!
How do I have to connect it

Re: Novation Launchpad S
We do not recommend Midi Yoke who is a Beta (created for "Windows NT" !) discontinued since 2007 and presents "freezes" on midi ports under certain circumstances. We recently tested "Loop Midi" (from Tobias Erichsen) with success.Earl Harvey wrote:I created the port using loop MIDi or you can use MIDI Yoke...

I agree... I use Loop MIDI to create a port for SX...
Roland... you need to create a port for SX MIDI in using Loop MIDI
once created you map MIDI OX out into the newly created port... that will appear in MIDI OX port out window...

Fine, done
Now I've a merger for the Inputs.
How can I send the Midi Messages back to the different Controllers
Want to send them to the Mini and to the Launchcontrol
