[MacOS] Screencontrol doesn´t appear

Hi,
I just upgraded to V.7 and have two problems:
- Screencontrol doesn´t appear, no movie is possible to show.
- Waveform only works in some of my saved timelines.

Use Macbook Pro with Mavericks OS X 10.9.5

Try using uncompressed formats like .wav for Windows. -> Waveform only works with that.

Might be the same, try using uncompressed formats.

Thanks for your reply, the weird thing is that i only use .wav and .mov, and it works fine in V6.? I can´t find anything different with the .wav-files. About the screencontrol, It feels like something is missing. When i press the button "screencontrol" under the meny, nothing happens. I don´t find any file called screencontrol in the sweetlight folder like in V6, i´m i supposed to do that?

Hmm, yes, Screencontrol seems to be missing.
Did you tried re-installing the hole software?

We just checked with our Mavericks and software version 7.1.29, and we are able to open and see the ScreenControl window.

Waveforms are only displaying with Wave PCM file format (for example the default save file format of the free software "Audacity")

Thanks Niffo! That helped me with the waveforms! Any clue on the screencontrol problem..? this is what my folder looks like, anything missing? i don´t se anything about screencontrol, am i soposed to do that..?

In V7, ScreenControl is integrated in the main software, so it is normal not to find a "ScreenControl" file.

The ScreenControl window is supposed to open when you call it from the "Windows" menu of the software. May be the window opens behind the main window ?

Maybe the ScreenControl is opening outside your screen. Try to delete the file "TheLightingController/{yourlightshow}/ScreenControl/screencontrol.ini"
