I installed the software...worked perfect
I imported my fixtures....worked perfect(4 Chauvet Intimidator 1.0's, 2 Chauvet ColorPalette's)
I made sure that my fixtures had the matching addresses given by the software. I can even play around in the editor and view 3D mode. Clearly some piece of the puzzle is missing between the lights and the software. I sometimes use Freestyler 3.0 and everything work perfect with that set up. I really wanna be able to use Showexpress 6 because of the ability to sync a show with music and video. Anyone? Thanks
Lights Not Working! [fixed]
Re: Lights Not Working!!!
What DMX interface are you using ?
Re: Lights Not Working!!!
first of all thank you for your replay!
I have successfully used a enttec usb pro dongle with Freestlyer 3.0 to the point that I created sequences and sent them to a que to watch the actual lights preform the que.
Currently my setup is the Enttec USB Pro Dongle to Showexpress 6. It's just strange to me that I'm having this kind of trouble with the software that was made from the same company as my lights! lol
Thanks

Re: Lights Not Working!!!
I hope my last post actually answered the question you asked. I think my ADHD got in the way a little. lol
Re: Lights Not Working!!!
Ah, THats the reason Ii asked what interface you where using. Basically your Entec wont work with Sweetlight/ ShowX. The Sweetlight/ ShowX hardware is needed to be able to use the software.
If it is of any use I would like to 100% vouch for the hardware, it has never once glitched or failed, rock solid and although quite expensive it is a sound buy, especially coupled with the software.
Good luck,
Lee.
